Once Upon A MidSummer Night

Not really Christmassy, but I found this series of photos in our photo library this week and wanted to share. The husband captured this from the yard, through the sewing window earlier this summer.  Initially, since they were all so similar, I was going to pick just one shot. But then I realized they were a story without words.

Aw - making a gift for someone you love.
Maybe it is about Christmas after all.

  1. That is a sweet series of photos! We never see any fabric on the sewing machine, and yet Bunny obviously has a new piece of clothing by the last photo, after having a drink out of the orange topped container. So fun to see all three girls listening to your instructions.

    1. Actually, only one child was listening. The other two were having a plastic party.

  2. I love it! And now maybe I know how the turkeys and cats feel when peeking in my sewing room window! ;)

  3. This might be one of my favorite posts. This is why I'm so excited to become a mother!

  4. What a great photo essay about family memories. Kudos to your hubby for thinking of this.

  5. I love this! What impressed me most is they are practically sitting on top of each other and happily working together. I have a grandniece and nephew who can't be in the same room without fighting. At my house once, the 5 yr old boy shoved his older sister down the stairs. Yeah, the whole family has issues!
