Skorts Update

Skorts finished. Easy. Made mistakes of course (so you don't have to). Sewed wrong side facing wrong side. Wouldn't be me if I didn't have to unpick everything after topstitching. Almost cried, throwing away so much good Guttermann thread. Next time I'm doing prototypes, I'm using the cheap $1 Walmart thread. Tutorial tomorrow. Spent today eating too much and walking around a farmer's market. Off to bed now.

    I am a stay at home wife with 2 lovely girls from India (if i tell u the name of my town u maynot recognize) I so enjoy your blog that every time i log on I check whether you have posted anything new. I have made many things from your tutorials. on top of all, i enjoy the humour in your posts. that is the diffrence between your blog and others.keep going.

    I spend so much time unpicking, it's pitiful. That said, I am eagerly awaiting the skort tutorial--I have some blue/green plaid seersucker and two little girls who can't wait to wear it!
