Owie Dolls in the Shop

Happy first weekend of advent, everyone!

I interrupt the usual Pockets! broadcast to bring you a shop announcement: there are now some Owie Dolls for sale!

Not many - there are two boys and four girls. There would've been one more boy but Emily put in a request for him, claiming she had no boy dolls at all to cast in the role of Prince, King, Villainslayer, Knight (and housecleaning helper, I added) in her pretend play.

Two things:

1 According to the folks at our local P.O., it is best to have stuff shipped out by the 10th, 11th, 12th ish of Dec to be sure to get to you by Christmas. Earlier if you're not living in the US. So please keep this in mind if you are interested in them as Christmas gifts.

2 Most of the girl dolls have braids because that seems to be the most popular of all their hairdos. Some of the dolls have lighter or slightly darker skin color. You can tell this from the photos.

We have a busy weekend so I'll stop rambling on and invite you to the shop if you're interested in adopting these guys. If you'd like to make your own, the pdf pattern is available in the blog sidebar.

  1. They are so cute! And the braids hairdo is brilliant! That's still my favorite, although thankfully Emma likes the ponytails on her doll =)

I can't believe you made complete kits for six! I still haven't made anything beyond my simplified clothing and sleeping bags for my three!
